About the FD 95
The Formax FD 95 is a rotary perforator and creaser that puts up to 5 parallel perforations and/or creases on a sheet in one pass. Its three-tire friction feed moves up to 7,080 sheets per hour, on stock from 55 to 180gsm and sheet sizes up to 13.8in x 19in — a practical match for reply forms, coupons, and fold-prep work.
Variable speed control lets you dial the pace to the stock, a resettable counter tracks the run, and a telescoping outfeed table supports longer sheets as they exit. The standard setup includes two perforating wheels, one creasing wheel, and paper guides, with options for extra perf sets, 17-tpi microperf sets, creasing sets, and guide strips for lightweight 55-60gsm paper.
