About the FD 8806CC
The Formax FD 8806CC is a high-capacity, conveyor-fed industrial shredder with a cross-cut cutting system that takes up to 90 sheets in a single pass. Feed it entire files, stacks of computer forms, cardboard, CDs and magnetic discs — the conveyor carries it all into heat-treated solid steel cutting blades driven by a continuous-duty motor with all-metal gearing. This is centralized-shredding equipment, built for departments that destroy in volume rather than a page at a time.
The LED control panel includes a load indicator that helps operators feed at the sweet spot, maximizing throughput while minimizing jams, and Auto Start/Stop, Auto Reverse and Auto Cleaning handle the routine automatically. The EvenFlow Automatic Oiling System lubricates the all-steel blades as the machine runs. A rugged plastic waste bin rolls on casters for easy emptying, and a large safety stop bar plus key lock keep operation controlled. The FD 8806CC is drop shipped with freight quoted at order time.
