The Formax FD 8400HS-1 is a high-security office shredder that has been NSA evaluated and meets NSA/CSS requirements for P-7 high-security cross-cut shredders. It reduces documents to 1/32 x 3/16 in particles, shredding up to 7 sheets at once at speeds up to 23 feet per minute — the specification class required for classified and top-secret material.
The EvenFlow automatic oiling system comes standard, lubricating the blades based on motor run time so cutting performance doesn’t fade between maintenance visits.
