About the FD 7700-Base21
The Formax FD 7700-Base21 is the top configuration of the 7700 Series production inserter platform, carrying both the 7K speed license and the 14K accumulator speed license, with conveyor and cabinet included. If your operation runs the platform’s full envelope of up to 7,000 envelopes per hour and up to 300,000 pieces per month, this is the base that leaves nothing licensed below its capability. It is a custom product, configured to order.
The platform supports up to 11 feeders, folds up to 8 sheets at a time, and handles flats sets up to 80 sheets or 10mm thick with the Thick Set license. A 22 in color touchscreen manages unlimited programmable jobs, and OMR, BCR, 2D and QR reading works anywhere on the page, including the reverse side — essential for read-and-insert integrity work at volume.
