About the FD 7700-68
The Formax FD 7700-68 is the envelope output conveyor for the FD 7700 Series of high-volume modular inserters. The 7700 Series processes up to 7,000 envelopes per hour and up to 300,000 finished pieces per month, combining up to 11 feeders, folding up to 8 sheets at a time, and inserting flats sets up to 80 sheets and/or 10mm thick with the Thick Set upgrade license.
As the standard 4-foot high-capacity outfeed conveyor, the FD 7700-68 can run in-line or sit at 90 degrees to fit your floor plan and keep finished mail organized. It supports a system whose top-loading envelope hopper holds up to 800 #10 envelopes or 500 10 x 13-inch flats, controlled from a 22-inch color touchscreen with unlimited programmable jobs and reading of OMR, BCR, 2D and QR codes anywhere on the page — including the reverse side. Note that this conveyor requires the FD 7700-92 cabinet.
