About the FD 7700-67
The Formax FD 7700-67 is an envelope output sorter module for the FD 7700 Series modular production inserter. It gives finished envelopes an organized destination on the output side, and it complements the series’ standard high-capacity 4-foot outfeed conveyor, which can be run in-line or at a 90-degree angle depending on your floor layout. Note that this module requires the FD 7700-91 cabinet, which is sold separately.
Output handling matters more than it gets credit for on a system that processes up to 7,000 envelopes per hour and up to 300,000 finished pieces per month. At those rates, sorted, orderly output is the difference between mail trays that go straight to the dock and a downstream bottleneck that erases the speed you paid for upstream.
