About the FD 7700-23
The Formax FD 7700-23 is a 2-station high-capacity tower feeder module, supplied with its cabinet, for the FD 7700 Series modular production inserter. Its two 1,000-sheet feeders are built for long statement and billing runs where you want to load deep and let the machine work, keeping operators off the feed trays and on more useful tasks. This is the non-CIS configuration; if your jobs require scanning, the FD 7700-24 through FD 7700-27 versions add CIS capability.
As part of the 7700 Series platform, this module supports a system that processes up to 7,000 envelopes per hour and up to 300,000 finished pieces per month, with a modular design that can combine up to 11 feeders. The base system’s envelope hopper holds up to 800 #10 envelopes or 500 10 x 13 in flats, so the whole line stays fed at production pace.
