The FD 7104 Standard 3 equips the 7104 Series production inserter with three 500-sheet feeders — the flexible choice when jobs regularly mix multiple document types. The package includes a 22-inch color touchscreen with unlimited programmable jobs, an accumulator/divert deck, cabinets, and the high-capacity output conveyor, assembled to order as a custom product.
Like every 7104, it processes up to 4,500 envelopes per hour (5,500 with the optional Productivity Package) and up to 180,000 pieces per month, with an 800-envelope #10 hopper and folding of up to 8 sheets at a time. The modular design grows to 8 modules and 17 feed stations, optional intelligent feeders read OMR, 1D barcodes, and 2D Data Matrix front or back, and Cascade Mode keeps feeders running in relay.
