About the FD 7104-Standard 1F
The FD 7104 Standard 1F is a complete, configured-to-order production inserter package: one 1,000-sheet tower feeder, a 22-inch color touchscreen with unlimited programmable jobs, an accumulator/divert deck, custom cabinets on casters, and a high-capacity 4-foot output conveyor. It runs up to 4,500 envelopes per hour — 5,500 with the optional Productivity Package.
The top-loading envelope hopper holds 800 #10 envelopes, the system folds up to 8 sheets at a time, and mechanical double-document detectors guard mailpiece integrity. Optional intelligent feeders read 1/2-track OMR, 1D barcodes, and 2D Data Matrix anywhere on the document, front or back, and Cascade Mode links feeders for continuous operation through reloads.
