About the FD 7104-44
The FD 7104-44 is the envelope output sorter module for the Formax FD 7104 Series production inserter, giving finished envelopes an organized destination as they leave the machine. Note that the catch tray and furniture are sold separately, so plan those into your configuration when you order.
It complements the 7104 Series’ standard high-capacity 4-foot output conveyor, which can run straight-on or at a 90-degree angle depending on your floor plan. On a platform rated up to 4,500 envelopes per hour (5,500 with the Productivity Package) and up to 180,000 finished pieces per month, organized output handling isn’t a luxury — it’s what keeps the back end of the line from becoming the bottleneck.
