About the FD 6608 Standard 6
The Formax FD 6608 Standard 6 is the six-station, all-standard-feeder build of the 6608 Series — maximum insert flexibility on a platform rated up to 4,300 pieces per hour. It folds up to 10 sheets in half-fold mode or 8 sheets tri-fold, and its 325-envelope top-loading hopper refills on the fly so envelope supply never becomes the bottleneck.
A 10-inch color touchscreen with graphics-based display provides AutoSet automatic settings and 50 programmed jobs. Finished mail collects in a 500-envelope vertical stacker; Cascade Mode links feeders for continuous operation; and electromechanical double-document detectors plus a divert station keep integrity tight across all six stations. Auto standby reduces power draw between runs. Options include a CIS scanner, thin booklet feeders and side exit trays, and the machine is built to order as a custom product.
