About the FD 6608 Standard 5F
The Formax FD 6608 Standard 5F spreads five stations across the 6608 platform: four standard feeders plus one high-capacity document feeder holding up to 725 sheets. It runs up to 4,300 pieces per hour and folds up to 10 sheets in half-fold mode or 8 sheets tri-fold, built for shops where the primary document is long and the insert list keeps growing.
Operators manage everything from a 10-inch color touchscreen with AutoSet automatic settings and 50 programmed jobs. The 325-envelope hopper and 500-envelope vertical stacker are matched to production volumes, Cascade Mode links feeders for continuous feeding, and double-document detectors with a divert station keep the wrong pieces out of the wrong envelopes. An optional CIS scanner reads OMR, 1D/2D barcodes, QR codes and OCR anywhere on the page. Every Standard 5F is a custom product finalized at order.
