About the FD 6608 Standard 3F
The Formax FD 6608 Standard 3F puts one high-capacity document feeder — up to 725 sheets — and two standard feeders across three stations on the 6608 Series platform. Rated up to 4,300 pieces per hour and folding up to 10 sheets half-fold or 8 sheets tri-fold, it is aimed at shops running long primary documents with a couple of inserts per envelope.
The 10-inch color touchscreen handles AutoSet automatic setup and stores 50 programmed jobs, so operators move between recurring mailings quickly. A 325-envelope hopper supplies the machine and a 500-envelope vertical stacker collects the finished pieces. Cascade Mode links feeders for continuous throughput, double-document detectors verify feeds, and the divert station clears exceptions without halting production. An optional CIS scanner adds OMR, 1D/2D barcode, QR and OCR reading. The Standard 3F is a custom product built to your order.
