About the FD 6608 Standard 2
The Formax FD 6608 Standard 2 is the entry point to the 6608 Series: two stations with two standard feeders on a platform rated up to 4,300 pieces per hour. It folds up to 10 sheets in half-fold mode or 8 sheets tri-fold, so even the two-station build handles substantial document sets, and it delivers finished mail to a 500-envelope vertical stacker from a 325-envelope top-loading hopper.
A 10-inch color touchscreen drives AutoSet automatic setup with 50 programmed jobs. Cascade Mode links the feeders for continuous feeding, and double-document detectors at each feeder and the insertion area protect against doubles, with a divert station for exceptions. Auto standby engages after an hour of idle time. Options include a CIS scanner, production feeders and thin booklet feeders, and because it is a custom product, your exact build is set at order time.
