About the FD 6608 Special 5F
The Formax FD 6608 Special 5F is a five-station build combining two special feeders and two standard feeders with a high-capacity document feeder that holds up to 725 sheets. On the 6608 Series platform it runs up to 4,300 pieces per hour and folds up to 10 sheets half-fold or 8 sheets tri-fold — capacity aimed at operations juggling long documents and varied inserts in the same job.
The 10-inch color touchscreen provides AutoSet automatic setup with 50 programmed jobs. A 325-envelope hopper feeds the machine while a 500-envelope vertical stacker collects finished mail. Cascade Mode keeps feeders running continuously, double-document detectors verify every feed, and the divert station removes exceptions without stopping the run. An optional CIS scanner reads OMR, 1D/2D barcodes, QR codes and OCR anywhere on the page. Each Special 5F is a custom product configured with your order.
