The Formax FD 6608-21 is an add-on module combining one standard feeder and one special feeder for the FD 6608 Series folder inserters, available for models with up to 4 stations. Special feeders handle inserts alongside standard document feeding, so mixed mailings — statements with slips, letters with reply pieces — run without workarounds.
The modular 6608 Series behind it runs up to 4,300 pieces per hour with 2 to 7 stations and carries a 10-inch color touchscreen, AutoSet automatic adjustment, up to 50 programmed jobs, a 725-sheet document feeder, a 500-envelope hopper and a 500-envelope vertical stacker. Folding handles up to 10 sheets in a half fold or 8 sheets tri-folded, Cascade Mode enables uninterrupted feeding, and double document detection plus a divert station keep every envelope right.
