About the FD 6608-20
The Formax FD 6608-20 is an add-on module that adds two standard feeders to the FD 6608 Series folder inserters, for models with up to 4 stations. On a modular platform rated up to 4,300 pieces per hour with 2 to 7 stations, two more standard feeders translate directly into more complex jobs handled in a single pass.
The 6608 Series takes flexible input configurations — standard feeders, special feeders, production feeders and short feed trays — so this module fits naturally into growing setups. A 10-inch color touchscreen with AutoSet and up to 50 programmed jobs keeps changeovers fast; folding runs to 10 sheets (half fold) or 8 sheets (tri-fold); Cascade Mode links feeders for continuous operation; electromechanical double document detection watches every feed; and auto standby saves energy after an hour of inactivity.
