The Formax FD 6406-21 is an add-on module pairing one standard feeder with one special feeder for the FD 6406 Series folder inserters, offered for models with up to 4 stations. Special feeders handle inserts alongside standard document feeding, making this the natural pick for jobs that mix letters with reply cards, buckslips or other enclosures.
It joins a series that runs up to 4,000 pieces per hour with 2 to 6 stations and keeps operators productive: a 7-inch color touchscreen, AutoSet, up to 50 programmed jobs, a 725-sheet document feeder, a 325-envelope hopper and a 500-envelope vertical stacker. Folding reaches 10 sheets in a half fold or 8 sheets tri-folded, Cascade Mode links feeders for uninterrupted feeding, and double document detection plus a divert station keep every mailpiece accurate.
