The Formax FD 6308 Special 3 gives you three feed stations — two standard feeders up top and a special feeder on the bottom — so multi-part mailings with a tricky insert assemble in a single pass. It runs up to 3,800 pieces per hour, folding and inserting up to 10 pages in half-fold mode.
The 6308 platform handles mixed document lengths and thicknesses in the same run, which matters when statements vary from one recipient to the next. A 7-inch full-color touchscreen with a paper path window stores 50 programmable jobs, automatic paper and envelope presence sensors watch every station, and finished mail lands in a 500-envelope vertical stacker fed from a 325-envelope top-loading hopper.
