About the FD 6210 Basic 2
Discontinued by Formax (September 2026). The FD 6210 series was dropped from the Formax price list effective 9/15/2026; the current model is Formax FD 6212-Basic 2. All For Mailers sells the FD 6210 Basic 2 refurbished, rebuilt on our own bench, and continues to support it with parts and service.
The Formax FD 6210 Basic 2 covers the core of mid-volume mail assembly: two automatic sheet feeders, speeds up to 2,000 pieces per hour (2,500 with the optional productivity package), and folding of up to 5 sheets at once. Each feeder holds up to 325 sheets, a top-loading envelope hopper keeps envelopes moving, and the high-capacity vertical stacker collects 500 finished envelopes.
AutoSet one-touch setup automatically measures paper, envelope and fold lengths so operators are running jobs in moments, and 50 programmable jobs handle the recurring work. The 7-inch full-color touchscreen uses a graphical interface anyone in the office can follow. An optional CIS scanner adds OMR, 1D/2D barcode and QR code reading, and eco sleep mode conserves power after an hour of inactivity.
