About the FD 6210 Advanced 2
Discontinued by Formax (September 2026). The FD 6210 series was dropped from the Formax price list effective 9/15/2026; the current model is Formax FD 6212-Advanced 2. All For Mailers sells the FD 6210 Advanced 2 refurbished, rebuilt on our own bench, and continues to support it with parts and service.
The Formax FD 6210 Advanced 2 is the full-featured configuration of the 6210 Series, pairing two automatic sheet feeders with an insert/BRE feeder so statements and reply envelopes come together in one pass. It runs up to 2,000 pieces per hour — 2,500 with the optional productivity package, which also lifts monthly capacity to 20,000 pieces.
AutoSet one-touch job setup measures your materials and configures the machine automatically, with 50 programmable jobs for recurring work. Feeders hold up to 325 sheets, the machine folds up to 5 sheets at once, and a high-capacity vertical stacker collects 500 finished envelopes. A 7-inch full-color touchscreen keeps operation simple, an optional CIS scanner reads OMR, 1D/2D barcodes and QR codes anywhere on the document, and eco sleep mode engages after an hour idle.
