About the FD 6210-00
Discontinued with the FD 6210 series (September 2026). Formax dropped the FD 6210 series from its price list effective 9/15/2026; the current FD 6212 uses its own FD 6212-00 feeder. All For Mailers stocks and quotes FD 6210-00 feeders for existing 6210 owners as available.
The Formax FD 6210-00 is an optional production feeder for FD 6210 Series folder inserters, built to feed business reply envelopes (BREs) and short inserts up to 6in in length — the small pieces that standard sheet feeders handle poorly. Note the fit: this feeder is for FD 6210 Advanced 2 and Special 2 models only. With it in place, the 6210 Series productivity package supports output of up to 20,000 pieces per month at speeds up to 2,500 per hour.
It belongs in billing and statement operations that include a reply envelope or a short buckslip in every mailing. The parent FD 6210 Series brings a 7in color touchscreen, AutoSet one-touch setup, 50 programmable jobs, a 500-envelope vertical stacker, and sheet feeders holding up to 325 sheets — the FD 6210-00 slots into that system so the BRE goes in with the statement automatically instead of by hand.
