The Formax FD 452 is an envelope opener built for offices where incoming mail arrives by the tray, not the handful. The cutting mechanism slits one side of each envelope, leaving contents undamaged and generating no paper scraps or sharp edges, so checks, remittance stubs, and documents come out clean.
