Description
About the Formax FD 430
The Formax FD 430 Envelope Sealer moistens and seals envelopes in a single pass, cutting labor and boosting productivity. It replaces sponges and glue sticks with a durable rubber moistening roller — no more sponge to wear out or turn moldy — and seals mail in the blink of an eye.
Standard features include an adjustable envelope separator, variable speed control, a large outfeed tray and heavy-duty metal construction. A built-in flap-closing bar lets you load envelopes in a standard stack or nested with flaps open for even greater efficiency. Key specs: seals up to 18,000 envelopes per hour; precision rubber moistening roller; seals both standard and nested stacks; handles envelopes up to 9.75"W x 15"L and up to 16 mm thick; rugged construction for years of reliable operation.

Still Supported by All For Mailers
All For Mailers supports the FD 430 with genuine parts and sealing supplies. As a veteran-owned dealer, expert since 1991, we can help you keep it running or spec a current envelope sealer for your volume.
Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
