About the FD 404A1
The Formax FD 404A1 is a high-capacity upright air jogger with a 12 x 18 inch capacity, built to solve three problems at once: it aligns printed sheets into square stacks, dries them with forced air, and removes the static electricity that makes fresh output cling and misfeed. Variable vibration speed and air pressure controls let operators dial in the right treatment for each stock.
The V-shaped jog bin accepts criss-cross stacked piles, and a vertical-to-horizontal tilt feature makes loading and unloading easier on the operator. Capacity runs up to 940 sheets of 20# bond per cycle, operation is standard or foot-pedal, and all-metal construction stands up to daily production use.
