About the FD 2156
The Formax AutoSeal FD 2156 is the 6 automatic fold plate configuration of the 2150 Series — the choice when your pressure seal work spans a wide range of fold patterns and form types. Like its 2150 Series siblings, it processes up to 27,000 forms per hour, and it is controlled from a graphics-based 12-inch color touchscreen on a swivel arm that manages fold type, form length and operating speed while storing up to 200 programmable custom jobs.
The feeder, transport deck, fold plate stops, deflectors and fold rollers are fully automated, so switching between jobs is a recall-and-run affair. Heavy-duty fold plates and steel-and-urethane fold rollers handle forms up to 17 inches wide and 26 inches long, while safety interlocks, jam detection and an addition/batch counter keep long runs orderly. An optional V-Stack36i Vertical Stacker is available for output. The FD 2156 is a custom product, and freight is quoted with your order.
