About the FD 2150
The Formax AutoSeal FD 2150 belongs to the 2150 Series of high-volume production pressure sealers, configured here with a pile feeder input and a 2 automatic fold plate system. It processes up to 27,000 forms per hour — this is a machine designed to run all day, every day. A graphics-based 12-inch color touchscreen mounted on a swivel arm controls fold type, form length and operating speed, and stores up to 200 programmable custom jobs.
Automation runs deep: the feeder, transport deck, fold plate stops, deflectors and fold rollers are all fully automated, so changeovers happen at the touchscreen rather than with wrenches. It handles forms up to 17 inches wide and 26 inches long on heavy-duty fold plates with steel-and-urethane fold rollers. Safety interlocks, jam detection and an addition/batch counter round out the package, and an optional V-Stack36i Vertical Stacker manages output. The FD 2150 is a custom product; freight is quoted with your order.
