About the FD 2096
The Formax AutoSeal FD 2096 is built for operations where pressure seal forms move in serious volume — think 30,000 forms per hour. Its bottom-suction air-feed system pulls from the bottom of the stack, so operators can keep loading forms without stopping the machine. Rugged metal fold plates carry both standard and metric markings, and heavy-duty polyurethane foam fold rollers eliminate the gap adjustments that slow down conventional folders.
The sealing side is just as considered: a 17-inch ball transport deck carries forms smoothly from the fold rollers into the sealer with no adjustments needed. Sound-dampening fold plate covers keep the noise down during long runs, a 6-digit resettable LED counter tracks output, and rugged locking casters let you position the machine and keep it put. Finished work lands on a high-capacity 24-inch output conveyor that collapses for storage. The FD 2096 is a custom product, so a deposit is required with your order.
