About the FD 1606
The Formax FD 1606 AutoSeal takes the setup work out of pressure sealing: its fold plates adjust automatically for 11-inch and 14-inch form sizes, so switching between standard checks and legal-length documents doesn’t require manual repositioning. It processes up to 100 pieces per minute — solid mid-volume desktop territory — and the full-color touchscreen uses internationally recognized symbols so any operator can run it.
Fold flexibility covers Z, C, Half, and Uneven Z and C, plus custom folds, and the machine stores up to three custom jobs so recurring formats recall in seconds. A three-tire drop-in feed system makes loading quick, a six-digit resettable counter tracks production, and the whole compact desktop unit is built in the USA.
