About the FD 1502
The Formax FD 1502 AutoSeal is an economical mid-volume solution for processing one-piece pressure-sensitive mailers. Running up to 100 forms per minute with the ability to handle forms up to 14" long, it lets operators breeze through daily jobs. Newly redesigned, clearly marked fold plates make setup simple right out of the box, and the compact, sleek design fits neatly into an office environment. Built in the USA with proven Formax technology.
The FD 1502 handles even- and uneven-panel forms up to 8.5" W x 14" L — checks, invoices, school reports, tax forms and appointment notices — with a 200-form hopper. A drop-in top feed system requires no fanning, fold plates are marked for Z, C, uneven Z and half folds and reset easily for custom folds including eccentric Z and C-fold mailers. LED indicators report power, cover, paper-out and faults, and a six-digit resettable counter provides audit control. Heavy-duty steel construction gives it the power of a larger unit in a smaller package. Options include an 18" photo-eye conveyor, locking cabinet, 402 Series jogger and FD 1502-35 reverse stacking conveyor. UL, CE and CUL approved.
