The FD 1200 produces up to 35 documents per minute and handles forms up to 14" long, meeting the basic mailing standards small offices need. It folds Z, C, uneven Z, uneven C, half and custom folds, all on pre-marked fold plates that make switching form sizes quick and simple. A catch tray keeps processed pieces in neat, sequential stacks. Rugged and cost-effective, it is ideal for small offices, home stations and charity or small-scale mailing operations.

The FD 1200 is no longer in production — Formax replaced it with the AutoSeal FD 1202, which carries this same low-volume design forward. Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
