Description
About the FD 2084 & FD 2094
When your business demands secure, high-volume results, the Formax AutoSeal FD 2084 and FD 2094 Heavy-Duty Pressure Sealers deliver. Using patented technology, these fully automated systems process up to 28,000 forms per hour, freeing operators to focus on productivity while handling checks, payment notices, tax documents and more.
The FD 2094 uses an advanced air-feeding system for continuous form loading, while the FD 2084 pairs the FD 2094 with the Formax FD 676 Maxi Burster to trim and separate continuous forms for clean folds and seals. Both offer variable speed control, automatic setting adjustments, six programmed fold types with three custom folds (Z, uneven Z, V, C and custom), forms up to 20", a seven-digit resettable counter, enhanced fault detection, interlocks, static reduction and a 31" sequential output stacker. Options include the V-Stack36 stacker, plus the 402 Series jogger and FD 2000-60 bulk loader for the FD 2094.

Still Supported by All For Mailers
These heavy-duty systems are no longer in current production, but All For Mailers — a veteran-owned Formax dealer, expert since 1991 — still keeps them running with genuine parts, rollers, sealer solution and expert phone help from Feasterville, PA. If you run high volume, we can keep you producing or help you plan a current upgrade.
Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the FD 2084 and FD 2094 still available new?
No — these heavy-duty sealers have been superseded in Formax’s current production lineup. We can support an existing machine or help you spec a current high-volume system.
How fast are they and how do the FD 2084 and FD 2094 differ?
Both process up to 28,000 forms per hour. The FD 2094 uses air-feeding for cut-sheet forms; the FD 2084 adds the FD 676 Maxi Burster for continuous-form processing. Both handle forms up to 20″.
How do these compare to the FD 2200 High-Volume Series?
The FD 2200 series is the tier above: up to 40,000 forms per hour and documents as large as 11.5″ x 25″, versus 28,000 forms per hour and 20″ forms on the FD 2084/FD 2094.
Can I still get parts and supplies?
