About the FD 2054
The Formax AutoSeal FD 2054 balances high-volume throughput with quiet, efficient operation. It automatically detects and adjusts for 11", 14" and 17" forms, matches both industry-standard and unusual folds, and stores up to 35 customized folding settings so it is ready for whatever your mail demands. A three-roller feed design eliminates the need to fan paperwork, and forms move to a secure conveyor for clean stacking.
The FD 2054 runs up to 16,450 forms per hour and handles forms up to 17" in length. A 2.8" LCD interface makes it easy for everyday operators, patented AutoStack wheels automate stacking when switching form sizes and fold styles, and a telescopic conveyor adjusts between 14" and 36" while holding up to 500 folded pieces. Additional features include a six-digit resettable counter, AutoBatch counting, fault diagnostics and heavy insulation for a reduced noise profile. Options include a security cabinet, 402 Series jogger and V-Stack36 stacker.

Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
