The Formax Atlas-TRIO15 slits, cuts, and creases in a single pass, collapsing three finishing steps into one machine. It handles sheets up to 13 inches wide by 19 inches long as standard, or up to 27.5 inches long with the optional long sheet kit, across a broad 120-350 gsm stock range, fed by an upper-belt tri-suction feeding system with an auto-elevating feed table that keeps long runs supplied without constant operator attention.
Operators work from a 4-inch color touchscreen offering Preset, Manual, and Flex modes, with storage for up to 150 custom jobs. Throughput is genuinely production-grade: up to 250 business cards in under two minutes and single-crease jobs at up to 5,000 sheets per hour. Double-feed detection, cut-mark registration for digitally printed work, a side alignment guide, and skew adjustment keep output accurate, and two standard slitting guides come included with custom guides available.
