About the Formax 6304 Series
The Formax 6304 Series is a productive, easy-to-use office folder/inserter that folds and inserts sheets, business reply envelopes and cards automatically in almost any combination. With multiple configurations available, it scales to the way your mailroom actually works — from straightforward daily mail to multi-feed collated sets.
The 6304 runs up to 3,600 pieces per hour. Standard feeders hold up to 325 sheets each, with an optional high-capacity feeder up to 725 sheets, a 325-envelope top-loading hopper and a high-capacity vertical stacker for up to 500 filled envelopes. It supports multi-feeding (pulling a set number of pieces from one feeder, then collating, folding and inserting), fold-only operation without inserting, and a Daily Mail mode for stapled sets. It handles sheets from 3.5" to 14" and set thicknesses up to 2.5 mm.

Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
