Accufast XL — Read This Before You Buy
Description
Discontinued — Not Supported. Accufast closed in 2019. We no longer buy or sell Accufast machines and cannot warranty them; remaining parts sell while supplies last. Need stamps applied? See the AFM80ST Stamp Applier & Tabber.
Looking at an Accufast XL? Here is the honest picture from a shop that serviced Accufast equipment for decades.
The Accufast Reality — Read Before You Buy
Straight talk: Accufast closed its doors years ago and is not coming back. Parts are increasingly scarce, we do not buy Accufast machines back for resale, and we do not recommend buying one today — even at a tempting price. A machine is only as good as the parts supply behind it.
Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
Already Own One? We Still Stock Accufast Parts & Tabs
Run it as long as it runs — and let us help you keep it running. We still stock aftermarket Accufast tabs and a shelf of Accufast parts from our decades servicing these machines. When they’re gone, they’re gone — call 866-430-2874 and we’ll check the shelf for your exact part.
Shopping for a Replacement?
Put your money on a supported platform with parts, service, and lifetime phone support behind it: the Rena T-750, the heavy-duty Rena T-950 / ATS-9900 (refurbished, in stock), or the refurbished Pitney Bowes W350. Tell us your volume and we’ll match you honestly.
Applying live postage stamps? The machine that replaces an Accufast XL on stamp work is our own AFM80ST Stamp Applier & Tabber — real postage stamps and tabs on one machine, built and supported on our own bench, with rebuilt units carrying a warranty. Rebuilt AFM80STs sell as fast as we can build them — call 866-430-2874 to get on the list.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Accufast still in business?
No. Accufast closed its doors years ago, which is why parts for the XL and the rest of the line are increasingly scarce.
Can I still get parts and tabs for an Accufast XL?
Yes, while they last. We stock high-quality aftermarket Accufast tabs — and OEM parts where they still exist — from decades of servicing these machines.
What should I run instead of an Accufast XL?
If you're applying postage stamps, the machine that replaces an XL is our own AFM80ST Stamp Applier & Tabber — stamps and tabs on one machine, built and supported on our bench. For pure tabbing volume, look at the supported RENA line — tell us your volume and we'll match you honestly.
