About the Accufast PM6
The Accufast PM6 is an inkjet addressing and imaging printer built on HP inkjet technology, running black and spot colour inks. Accufast published two print speeds for it: 9,000 pieces per hour at 600 dpi, or 16,000 pieces per hour at 150 or 300 dpi. It runs mail pieces from 3.5″ to 14″ high and from 6″ to unlimited length, up to 3/8″ thick.

Accufast has closed. The Accufast PM6 is discontinued and is no longer supported new by the manufacturer.
Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
