Description
About the Accufast P4
The Accufast P4 was a customizable tabletop address printer that kept a loyal following thanks to its modular design and long list of options. With an open throat and tight accuracy, it printed addresses, barcodes and return addresses across a wide range of media — including envelopes, cards and even uneven surfaces like booklets — with users running millions of pieces through it each year.
The P4 used a variable-speed vacuum transport and dual 1-inch imagers (a 2-inch print area) to handle pieces up to 3/8″ thick, up to 14″ wide and 14.33″ long, at speeds adjustable up to 50 inches per second and resolutions up to 600×600 dpi. It measured about 16″L x 12″H x 16.5″W, weighed roughly 35 pounds, and connected via an Ethernet network with included imaging software. Add-on modules included feeders, stands, conveyors, dryers, UV-cure options and a card-and-tag printing system.

Parts Support from All For Mailers
All For Mailers is a veteran-owned dealer, established in 2006 — our people have been in the mailing and print-finishing industry since 1991. Accufast has closed the P4 and it is no longer available new, and we are not a current authorized Accufast dealer, so we do not offer a factory parts-and-service path for it.
If you’re looking for a current address printer, our team can point you toward alternatives such as the Rena AS-450 or AS-650 by Quadient — just reach out and we’ll help.
Straight talk: buy an Accufast P4 for parts only. This was a tank — an excellent machine that earned its reputation, and the mechanics on a good one could keep working for decades. But the electronics are the limit: the boards are no longer available at any price. Once one fails, the machine is done, however good the rest of it is. We don’t recommend buying one to put into production.
Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
What’s actually available: aftermarket rollers and some bearings, across the Accufast line. Motors for the KT, KT2 and XL. That’s it — everything else is gone. If you’re running an Accufast today, call us at 866-430-2874 and we’ll tell you exactly what we can and can’t get for your machine.
Need a machine you can count on? The RENA AS-150, AS-450, AS-650 and AS-850, or the Formax AP2 (2in), AP3 (3in) and AP4 (4in in-line) — all current, all supported, all backed by our parts, service and lifetime phone support.
