Description
About the Accufast KT2
The Accufast KT2 is a double-head crash tabber (wafer sealer) built to round out your mail-production pipeline by creating secure tabbed closures for booklets, self-mailers and folded pieces. With two tab heads, it seals the top and bottom of a piece in a single pass, applying one or two tabs per mailpiece to meet USPS requirements.
The KT2 crashes the edge of the mail piece into the tab and through a sweep-and-roller system for a tight, no-skew fit at up to 15,000 pieces per hour, with no floating tabs. It handles pieces 5″ to 16″ wide and stock from 20-lb thin up to 1/4″ thick, coated or uncoated, running a variety of 1″ tabs — paper, translucent or frosted, circles or rectangles — with a built-in waste take-up spool. It weighs about 56 pounds, measures roughly 11″L x 19″H x 23″W, and pairs with the Accufast FX feeder and 3FV conveyor for a complete single-tabbing system.

Parts Support from All For Mailers
All For Mailers is a veteran-owned dealer, established in 2006 — our people have been in the mailing and print-finishing industry since 1991. Accufast is no longer making the KT2, and we are not a current authorized Accufast dealer, so we do not provide a factory parts-and-service path for this model.
Straight talk: buy a Accufast KT2 for parts only. This was a tank — an excellent machine that earned its reputation, and the mechanics on a good one could keep working for decades. But the electronics are the limit: the boards are no longer available at any price. Once one fails, the machine is done, however good the rest of it is. We don’t recommend buying one to put into production.
Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
What’s actually available: aftermarket rollers and some bearings, across the Accufast line. Motors for the KT, KT2 and XL. That’s it — everything else is gone. If you’re running an Accufast today, call us at 866-430-2874 and we’ll tell you exactly what we can and can’t get for your machine.
Need a machine you can count on? RENA T-250, T-650, T-750, T-950 and the RENA XPS ProTab 4.0 — all current, all supported, all backed by our parts, service and lifetime phone support. We also stock the refurbished Pitney Bowes W350.

Also known as: this machine was also sold as the Rena T-600 and Neopost/Quadient TA-60 — same machine, different badge. Looking for one under a different name? Contact us: the same unit is often available wearing another brand’s model number, and parts, supplies, and service experience carry straight over. Full family story: the T-250 family guide.
The Accufast Reality — Read Before You Buy
Straight talk: Accufast closed its doors years ago, and it isn’t coming back. Parts for the KT2 are increasingly scarce, and for that reason we do not buy KT2s back for resale — and we don’t recommend buying one today, even at a tempting price. A tabber is only as good as the parts supply behind it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Accufast KT2 still available new?
No. Accufast is no longer making the KT2, and All For Mailers is not a current authorized Accufast dealer. We can recommend current tabbing solutions such as the Rena T-250, T-750 or T-950 — contact us and we'll help.
How fast was the Accufast KT2 and how many tabs could it apply?
The KT2 ran up to 15,000 pieces per hour and applied one or two tabs per piece with its dual-head design, handling pieces 5" to 16" wide and stock from 20-lb thin up to 1/4" thick.
How does the KT2 differ from the single-head Accufast KT?
The KT2 carries two tab heads instead of one, so it seals the top and bottom of a piece in the same pass rather than requiring a second run. Both use the same crash-tabbing principle, and parts are scarce for both.
Can I still get parts and supplies?
Yes — visit SuppliesForMailers.com or call 866-430-2874.
