Accufast KT / ET / HDF Inline System
The Accufast KT/ET/HDF inline system — the “Slim Jim System” — combined an Accufast KT or ET tabber with a high-density feeder for automatic inline tabbing. Accufast no longer makes this line; All For Mailers can recommend a current replacement.
Description
About the Accufast KT/ET/HDF Slim Jim System
The Accufast KT / ET / HDF inline system — informally known as the Slim Jim System — combined an Accufast tabber (the KT or ET) with a high-density feeder (HDF) to create a compact, automatic inline tabbing line. Instead of hand-feeding pieces, operators loaded a stack and let the system feed and tab automatically.
This inline approach brought production-style automation to shops that needed steady, consistent tabbing of self-mailers and booklets without the footprint of a large standalone system. It paired the proven Accufast crash-tabbing heads with a feeder and transport so pieces were fed and tabbed in one pass, improving throughput and consistency while keeping the setup slim.

Still Supported by All For Mailers
All For Mailers is a veteran-owned dealer, established in 2006 — our people have been in the mailing and print-finishing industry since 1991. Accufast is no longer making this system, and we are not a current authorized Accufast dealer, so we do not provide a factory parts-and-service path for it.
If you need a current inline tabbing solution, our team can point you toward alternatives such as the Rena T-650 or T-750 inline tabbers — just reach out and we’ll help.
Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Accufast KT/ET/HDF Slim Jim system still available new?
No. Accufast is no longer making this inline tabbing system, and All For Mailers is not a current authorized Accufast dealer. We can advise on current inline tabbing solutions such as the Rena T-650 or T-750 if you need one.
What made up the KT/ET/HDF inline system?
The system paired an Accufast tabber — the KT or ET — with a high-density feeder (HDF), so pieces were fed and tabbed inline automatically instead of by hand, in a compact "Slim Jim" footprint.
What is the current equivalent of the Slim Jim system?
A current inline tabber such as the Rena T-650 or T-750 does the same job in one machine — feeder, transport and tab head integrated rather than assembled from separate Accufast components. Contact us with your volume and we will point you to the right one.
Can I still get parts and supplies?
