About the Accufast CS3D

The Accufast CS3D is a combined conveyor and dryer: a 38″ transport belt feeding a 22 1/2″ drying tunnel in a 46″ overall frame, with belt speed adjustable from 0 to 150 feet per minute and working height adjustable from 28″ to 37 1/2″. Accufast wrote the model two ways in its own literature, as CS3/D on the specification page and as CS3D on the PMX system configurator, where it is offered as the drying module.

Accufast has closed. The Accufast CS3D is discontinued and is no longer supported new by the manufacturer.

Protect what you have. These machines were built to last, and the mechanics will outlive the electronics every time. If you’re running one, put it on a quality surge protector, and add static protection — especially in dry winter air or on high-speed paper handling. Power spikes and static are what kill boards, and on these machines a board may not be replaceable at any price. It’s the cheapest insurance there is for equipment you can’t simply reorder.
