As an authorized Formax dealer, All For Mailers gets Formax’s factory specials every month — demo units, show-floor machines, open-box equipment, and new-machine promotions — and we pass them straight through to you. This page is updated each month the day the new list arrives. Every machine is first-come, first-served (most are one-of-a-kind), ships with freight included, and carries a full factory warranty.
Ready to grab one? Call 866-430-2874, use the live chat on this page, or send us a note. Our AI assistant answers instantly 24/7 and hands you to a real person on our team the moment you want one.
These specials are valid through August 31, 2026.
Why a tested machine is often the smarter buy
Every machine has a break-in period. If something is going to go wrong — a sensor out of tolerance, a belt that seats badly, a marginal connection — it almost always shows up in the first hours of real operation, not in year three. That is true of any equipment, from any manufacturer.
A demo or test unit has already been through that window. It has been run, watched by factory technicians, and corrected before it ever reaches your floor. And you give up nothing for it: every machine on this list carries the full factory warranty, the same as new.
Call us and we will tell you exactly what a unit has been through. If it sat in a demo room, we will say so. If it ran customer jobs, we will say that too.
