Frequently Asked Questions

Real answers from real people — and if you don’t see your question here, call us at 866-430-2874 or use the chat. We actually answer.

Buying Equipment

Do you sell new, used, or both?

Both. New equipment is listed at manufacturer’s suggested retail price — and it never hurts to ask about current promotions, value-adds, or package pricing. Refurbished and used machines are listed with a buy-now price when they’re ready to ship. If you don’t see what you need, contact us — with 35+ years in the industry, our founder and team can usually track it down.

How do I get a quote on machines without a listed price?

Some professional systems are quoted individually based on configuration. Use the Get a Quote button, the chat, or call 866-430-2874 — quotes typically go out within one business day, often faster.

Do you offer Net 30 terms, purchase orders, or leasing?

Yes. We offer purchase orders for eligible organizations, Net 30 terms for qualified customers, and leasing options on qualifying equipment — see Ordering & Net 30. There’s a PO number field right at checkout.

We’re tax-exempt. How do we order?

Upload your exemption certificate first using our tax exemption form, then place your order and select the tax-exempt option at checkout. Submitting the certificate before you order lets us set your account up so tax is handled correctly the first time.

Do you buy used mailing equipment?

Yes — we buy and trade used mailing equipment. See our We Buy Equipment page or call with what you have.

Refurbished Equipment

What does “refurbished” mean at All For Mailers?

It means a process, not just a condition. Machines are evaluated by experienced technicians in our own shop: inspected, cleaned, adjusted, tested, and worn parts replaced to meet our standards for dependable performance. We’ll tell you what was replaced and what was inspected and verified — every machine is different, and you deserve to know.

What warranty comes with refurbished equipment?

90-day warranty standard on refurbished equipment; extended coverage available — just ask. New equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty. One tip that protects you: any time you contact your sales rep about an issue during the warranty period, CC support@allformailers.com — it keeps your issue documented and visible to the whole team, so nothing falls through the cracks.

What does “Supported for Life” actually mean?

It means we’re committed to helping customers long after the sale with replacement parts, phone support, remote troubleshooting, technical guidance, and honest advice whenever possible. The relationship doesn’t end at delivery.

Service, Shipping & Support

Do you deliver, install, and train nationwide?

Yes — on any machine we sell, and we’re straight with you about how it works. New Formax equipment includes on-site installation and operator training through the Formax Dealer Connect program. On other machines, we can arrange installation and training through our national service technician — it’s a real cost, quoted up front, and on budget-priced used equipment it sometimes costs more than the savings. Here’s the part that matters: installation is best decided when you order. It can still be arranged after your machine ships, but it costs significantly more and takes longer to set up — so if there’s any chance you’ll want it, tell us up front. Plenty of our customers self-install with the manual and a phone call or two. Tell us your situation when you order and we’ll give you an honest read on which way to go.

Do you service equipment that wasn’t purchased from All For Mailers?

Yes. We regularly provide service, troubleshooting, and parts assistance for equipment originally purchased elsewhere, subject to parts availability and service coverage. The fastest way to start is our service request form.

What if I need to return something?

Start with a phone call — most operating problems are solved free over the phone, no return needed. If a return is the answer, every return needs an approved RMA first: see our Returns & Warranty page for the full policy and the RMA form.

Where do I get parts, supplies, and consumables?

Our sister company, SuppliesForMailers.com, carries mailing equipment parts, supplies, and consumables — and if a part is hard to find, we’ll help you track down options.
