Most commercial customers choose a 12-month extended parts warranty to reduce downtime risk and keep unexpected repair costs predictable.
1. Standard Equipment Warranty
Warranty terms depend on the equipment purchased, and the warranty stated on your invoice, quote, or product listing controls. New equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty; terms vary by manufacturer and model, and some manufacturers provide coverage as short as thirty (30) days. Refurbished equipment is warranted by All For Mailers Inc. to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery to the customer, unless otherwise stated (the “Standard Warranty”). On occasion, older or used equipment may be sold with a thirty (30) day warranty where stated on the listing or invoice.
During the Standard Warranty period, Seller will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective parts. Labor is included for warranty-covered repairs performed or authorized by Seller.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance. Warranty coverage applies only after Seller confirms the issue is eligible under this policy.
3. Exclusions (Not Covered)
This warranty does not cover:
- Consumable or wear items, including but not limited to: ink cartridges, print heads, belts, rollers, feed pads, seals, filters, and similar components
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper cleaning, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modification
- Operation outside manufacturer specifications, including incorrect media types, improper duty cycle, or improper environmental conditions
- Damage caused by power surges, electrical issues, environmental conditions, accidents, shipping damage, or acts of God
- Problems caused by third-party accessories, software, network configuration, or non-approved parts
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
4. Commercial Use, Duty Cycle & Downtime
Many products sold by All For Mailers are intended for commercial/industrial environments. Buyer acknowledges that performance, wear, and service needs may vary based on duty cycle, operating environment, maintenance practices, media types, and operator handling.
Buyer also acknowledges that equipment downtime may occur due to troubleshooting, service scheduling, shipping times, parts availability, manufacturer lead times, or other factors.
5. Warranty Service & RMA Requirement
All warranty service requires prior authorization. When corresponding with your sales representative about any issue during the warranty period, CC support@allformailers.com so your claim is documented and visible to our whole team.
If warranty service or repair is needed, the customer must complete the Warranty / RMA Request Form and receive approval before returning any equipment.

6. Shipping, Freight, and On-Site Costs
Unless otherwise stated in writing, shipping/freight/handling costs are not covered under warranty. If a repair requires transport, Buyer is responsible for shipping/freight/insurance unless Seller explicitly agrees otherwise in writing.
Note: Some issues can be resolved without returning equipment. Seller may request photos, videos, logs, sample media, or a remote session to diagnose.
7. Optional Extended Parts Warranty
Seller may offer an optional extended warranty that extends parts-only coverage beyond the Standard Warranty period (the “Extended Parts Warranty”). Extended coverage applies only if purchased and documented on an invoice, quote, addendum, or order confirmation.
Refurbished equipment includes a 90-day standard warranty covering manufacturer defects, including parts and labor, unless otherwise stated on your invoice or listing. For customers who want added peace of mind and reduced risk of unexpected repair costs, we offer optional extended parts-only warranty coverage.
