Accufast Printer Software — Jet.Engine GUI Downloads

Jet.Engine GUI is the software that runs every Accufast Automecha inkjet printing system — the Accufast P4, P8, PM6, PM8, PMX, CKx and 22VT. Accufast closed around 2018 and manufacturer support ended by 2021, so All For Mailers hosts the complete last-known software archive right here: GUI installers, the Accufast Print Connect driver, the USB adapter driver, imager firmware, and documentation. Free, no signup — the same files our own technicians use.

★ Veteran-Owned ★ BBB A+ Rated ★ Experts Since 1991 ★ Free — no signup required
One software family, every model: a single Jet.Engine GUI install covers all Accufast printing systems — P4, P8, PM6, PM8, PMX, CKx and 22VT. Pick the version below that matches your Windows PC, not your printer model.

Jet.Engine GUI v2.2 build 40 (newest — recommended)

The final release of the Jet.Engine GUI. Windows XP / 7 (32-bit preferred). Uninstall any previous GUI version before installing.

⬇ GUI v2.2 build 40 installer (81 MB) Release notes (PDF)

Not supported on Windows 10/11 — see the transfer notes below before setting up a new PC.

Jet.Engine GUI v2.0

Two builds preserved: build 49 International and the original 2.0 release. Uninstall any previous GUI version first.

⬇ GUI v2.0 build 49 International (78 MB) ⬇ GUI v2.0 full installer (70 MB)

Slow connection? Download v2.0 in three parts, save all three in one folder, then run part 1 to reassemble the installer:

Part 1 of 3 (25 MB) Part 2 of 3 (25 MB) Part 3 of 3 (20 MB)

Running part 1 creates “jet.engine.gui.2.0 Setup.exe” — double-click that to install.

Jet.Engine GUI v1.5.3 build 209 (XP version — IMB support)

The Windows XP release with Intelligent Mail Barcode support, plus its build-209 update and imager firmware v213.2.044.

  1. Install the base version: GUI v1.5.3 build 151 installer (31 MB) — uninstall any previous GUI first.
  2. Apply the update: build 209 update ZIP (1.1 MB) — unzip and copy into the main GUI folder (usually C:\jet.engine.gui).
  3. Update firmware: firmware v213.2.044 ZIP (0.6 MB) — unzip into C:\jet.engine.gui\Imager Utilities, then use the GUI’s Find Imager window to flash every imager with the V4Imager_B2132044_APP.s19 file.
  4. If barcodes fail to render: TBarCode7.dll (0.3 MB).

Accufast Print Connect v9.0 (APD 9.0g)

Moving the software to a new computer

Transferring Jet.Engine GUI to a new PC or a new owner is usually not straightforward and frequently fails on modern hardware:

  1. No parallel port (LPT) — the software was designed for Windows XP/7 with real parallel ports; USB-to-LPT adapters often fail due to driver issues.
  2. Missing configuration files — installers alone aren’t enough. Calibration, timing and head-alignment settings live in INI files, the registry, or local configs on the original PC (sample of the configuration information required for a P4).
  3. Windows compatibility — unsupported on Windows 10/11; anything newer than Windows 7 (32-bit preferred) commonly crashes or won’t communicate.

Best recommendation: sell or transfer the printer together with its original working computer — the most reliable way to keep it running.

Licensing: no active licensing exists — no online activation, dongles or keys in known versions. Transferring files needs no authorization from a defunct company.

Keep your Accufast running — or step up

Parts position: aftermarket rollers and some bearings remain available across the Accufast line, plus motors for the KT, KT2 and XL — everything else is gone. If a board fails it may not be replaceable at any price, so put your machine on a quality surge protector with static protection. Machine acting up? Request service and we’ll tell you exactly what we can do for your configuration. Ready for a current, fully supported machine? The RENA T-950 and today’s addressing lineup come with our parts, service and lifetime phone support.
