Our Story
Our founder has been elbow-deep in mailing equipment since 1991 — three decades of jammed feeders, stubborn print heads, and the deep satisfaction of a production line roaring back to life. In 2006 that experience became All For Mailers, Inc.: a veteran-owned shop in Feasterville, Pennsylvania, where the people who answer the phone are the same people who fix the machines.
We’re deliberately small. No phone trees, no ticket queues, no “your call is important to us.” When you call, a human answers — usually one with grease somewhere on their hands.
The Way We Do Business
We never charge your card until your machine is ready to ship. That’s been our policy for as long as we’ve had a card reader, and it tells you everything about how we operate: we’d rather earn your trust than rush your money.
No pushy sales tactics, either. If a refurbished unit serves you better than a new one — or if the machine you already own just needs a $40 part — that’s what we’ll tell you. Short-term profit never beats a customer who comes back for twenty years.
Machines Are the Job. People Are the Point.
Our head technician has been maintaining equipment from Secap, Bryce, Accufast, Scriptomatic, Sanwa, Datatech, Astro and many others since 1991. We back that iron-level expertise with the soft stuff too: step-by-step help by email, live remote-connection support, custom setup videos, and custom templates for MS Word, BCC, and Satori — whatever gets your mail out the door.
And yes — we still get genuinely excited when a twenty-year-old tabber leaves our shop running like new. We know exactly how that sounds. We’re at peace with it.
Our Own Iron
We don’t just sell other people’s machines. The AFM80ST — the most cost-effective automatic postage stamp applier on the market — is built around parts we invented, assembled and serialized right here in Feasterville, alongside our exclusive AFM line of envelope sealers. When a machine wears our name, we answer for every bolt in it.

How long have you really been doing this?
Our founder and head technician have worked on mailing equipment since 1991. All For Mailers, Inc. was incorporated in 2006. So: the company is in its twenties, but the scars and the know-how are pushing thirty-five years.
Do you buy used equipment?
Absolutely — it’s half the fun. We buy, refurbish, and resell used mailing equipment nationwide, and trade-ins are welcome against anything we sell.
Do you service what you sell?
We service what we sell and most of what we don’t. Our national network covers just about everywhere in the continental US, backed by remote support and in-shop bench service in Feasterville.
